Talks About His New DVD '9/11 Analysis' and Rationalizes the Pentagon Debate
January 16, 2011
Show notes and interview by: John Bursill
This timely and important Podcast is a MUST listen!
Listen here: http://visibility911.com/blog/?p=1874
David, who describes himself as a "pacifist", talks in great depth about his journey on the campaign for 9/11 Truth and Justice to which he is passionately dedicated. Many of you may be aware it was David who is credited with getting NIST to admit WTC Building 7 fell at a an acceleration consistent with free-fall due to gravity, which I and many others view as the single most powerful debating tool for us as 9/11 Truth advocates! David disputes he is solely responsible for this and says that Jones, Ryan and others were central to this achievement but it was his question that drew the answer in the end so it seems. David also talks about the highly political timing and nature of the NIST Building 7 report.

Flight AA77 on 9/11: New FDR Analysis Supports the Official Flight Path Leading to Impact with the Pentagon
Authors Frank Legge, (B.Sc.(Hons.), Ph.D.) and Warren Stutt, ( B.Sc.(Hons.) Comp. Sci.)
Published at the Journalof911Studies.com
The official narrative of the events which have become known as 9/11 includes descriptions of attacks on the World Trade Centre towers and the Pentagon by aircraft on 11 September, 2001. The towers were eventually destroyed and the Pentagon was severely damaged. The account of the attack on the Pentagon includes the following: A Boeing 757, operated by American Airlines, took off from Washington Dulles International Airport at 8:20 a.m. At 8:54 it deviated from its assigned route and at 8:56 the transponder was switched off. The plane, under the control of hijackers, headed back toward Washington and descended. As it approached the Pentagon it performed a descending spiral to the right and finally dived toward the Pentagon while accelerating. It hit some light poles and other objects on the ground and then penetrated the west face of the building at 9:37:44,(1) or 9:37:46,(2) depending on source.

The 'Exceptionally' Redacted 9/11 Commission Interview
by Sibel Edmonds

Newly Released 9/11 Commission Files at Cryptome.Org
Last week John Young's information site Cryptome.Org began publishing documents related to the interviews conducted by the 9/11 Commission which were released for the first time. On January 3, Cryptome posted the 9/11 Commission's report on my interview (the infamous Sibel Edmonds Case), and aptly titled this particular file as "Sibel Edmonds Censored Yet Again." Once you read the PDF document you'll quickly see the reason for Cryptome's appropriate label. The entire report, by that I mean the entire report, is blacked out (actually, whited-out;-). It took me less than one minute to scan the entire document; basically, scrolling down the white pages-one white page after another. Initially, I was not a bit surprised. Hey, I've been declared the most gagged and classified person in US history, after all- State Secrets Privilege invocation twice, gagging the entire Congress for the first (and only) time in US history, hundreds of pages of blacked out DOJ-IG report... So, as I said, I didn't find it a bit surprising. However, after the minute it took to go over these blank pages, I started clicking and scanning all the other files (interviews by the 9/11 Commission), and that's where I was truly surprised:
Despite some redactions here and there, and in a few cases fairly extensive redaction, there were no interviews where the entire interview (and the report on the interview) was blacked out in its entirety. Mine was the only one privileged and honored to such degree! Why? I mean, come on, we are talking about interviews with: FBI Special Agent in Charge on Counterterrorism, CIA Officers with Directorate of Intelligence with a Specific Focus on Drugs & Thugs, The Chairman of National Intelligence Council, NSA Chief of Counterintelligence & SIGNIT Support, Senior CIA Analysts...Yet, none of these interviews was redacted in its entirety. None. Please be my guest and make your own comparison; My 9/11 Commission interview document here, and the rest, here, here, here, here, here...You can check out the rest published by Cryptome here, and if you want more here for thousands of them.

The Hornet's Nest Kicked Back - A Review of Susan Lindauer's Extreme Prejudice
by Michael Collins
December 21, 2010
Fiction delivers justice that reality rarely approaches. Victims en dure suffering and emerge as victors after overcoming incredible challenges. Stieg Larsson's gripping Millennium Trilogy weaves a story of revenge and triumphs for Lizbeth Salander, locked away in a mental institution and sexually abused for years. When Salander got out and threatened to go public about a high level sexual exploitation ring, the perpetrators sought to lock her up again. In the final installment, The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, Salander found some justice. (Image)
Susan Lindauer's autobiography, Extreme Prejudice, tells a story with certain broad similarities. In her case, however, the hornet's nest kicked back with a real vengeance. After over a decade as a U.S. intelligence asset, Lindauer was privy to information about pre war Iraq that threatened to serve up a huge embarrassment to the Bush-Cheney regime. She hand delivered a letter to senior Bush administration officials in hopes of averting what she predicted would be the inevitably tragic 2003 US invasion of Iraq. Those officials, unnamed in the indictment, were her second cousin, then White House chief of staff Andy Card, and Colin Powell.

Senators approve James Zadroga 9/11 health bill after months of partisan bickering

WASHINGTON - The ill and dying Americans who answered the call after 9/11 received a "Christmas Miracle" on Wednesday - help is finally on the way.
More than nine years after the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history, the Senate voted unanimously to pass the $4.3 billion James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act.
The House quickly gave the measure its final stamp of approval. President Obama will sign the bill law soon.
The bill provides medical care and financial relief to tens of thousands of responders.
Many Capitol Hill insiders never believed the measure would pass, and some Republicans came within hours of killing it.
But a dramatic night of negotiations by New York lawmakers and the bill's foes Tuesday night and into early Wednesday won an eleventh-hour compromise.
"It's a good Christmas present for everybody," said Joseph Zadroga, the father of NYPD Detective James Zadroga who died from his ruined lungs and became the face of the legislation.

9/11 responder: Coburn 'should be ashamed' for blocking health bill
By David Edwards
The Senate passed a bill by unanimous consent Wednesday that will provide health care benefits to first responders and survivors of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks.
Original report follows...
Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK) earned himself a visit from some 9/11 first responders after he threatened to block a bill that would provide them health benefits.
A group of former Ground Zero workers visited the senator's office Tuesday to give him a piece of their mind but Coburn refused the meeting.
"Mr. Coburn should be ashamed of himself," John Feal, the leader of the group, told Think Progress. "Because I think before he was a senator he was a doctor and he took an oath to help people that are sick. He's going against his oath as a doctor. He can vote any way he wants as a senator, but as a doctor, he just embarrassed the medical profession."
"What about going office to office? Have their staff and the senators been very receptive to the group?" Think Progress asked.

ABLE DANGER Whistleblower Sues Pentagon and CIA
December 14, 2010
by Catherine Herridge
An Army Reserve colonel is suing the Pentagon and U.S. intelligence agencies, claiming that they violated his free speech rights by blocking the distribution of his book over concerns it threatened national security.
Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer's First Amendment lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., targets the Defense Department for buying 9,500 copies of his book, "Operation Dark Heart" for $50,000 and destroying them. The lawsuit also names the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency as defendants.
"Because the defendants have impermissibly infringed upon Shaffer's right to publish unclassified information in Operation Dark Heart, they have violated Shaffer's First Amendment rights," the lawsuit says.
The suit provides a rare insight into the internal review process for the publication of books based on the search for senior Al Qaeda leadership in post-9/11 Afghanistan.

An Intelligence Defense of Julian Assange
Update 12/14: For readers interested in Lindauer's book who are 'walking their talk', boycotting Amazon due to its having cut off Wikileaks' hosting from its servers, "Extreme Prejudice" is also available directly from the publisher via her blog at www.extremeprejudiceUSA.wordpress.com. And for a historical collection of articles about Lindauer's case, the excellent journalism of Michael Collins can be found here.
by Susan Lindauer
December 10, 2010
Susan Lindauer is a former U.S. Intelligence Asset, accused as an "Iraqi Agent" for opposing the war. Her new book, "EXTREME PREJUDICE--The Terrifying Story of the Patriot Act and the Cover Ups of 9/11 and Iraq" relates her ordeal facing secret charges and secret evidence on the Patriot Act, and the shocking conditions of her imprisonment on a Texas military base without a trial, threatened with indefinite detention and forcible drugging.
If only I'd known Julian Assange, everything would have been different.
Mine was a spook's world of black ops and counter-terrorism. The real stuff--not color coded threats. For a decade I performed as a covert back channel to Libya and Iraq at the United Nations in support of anti-terrorism.
My special access made me one of the very few Assets covering Baghdad before the War. Our team started talks for the Lockerbie Trial with Libyan diplomats. We also held preliminary talks to resume the weapons inspections with Iraq's Ambassador, Dr. Saeed Hasan. Once Baghdad agreed to rigorous U.S. conditions for transparency in the inspections, I notified the Security Council myself, and within 72 hours the UN invited Iraq to attend formal talks to ratify the technical language. By then it was a done deal. Contrary to official reports, Iraq always welcomed the return of weapons inspectors as a necessary step to ending the sanctions. Ordinary people just didn't know it.
My world was "black." Off radar. So deeply secretive that my father, brother, aunts and cousins had no knowledge of my work in Washington. I operated in absolute secrecy.
My bona fides in anti-terrorism were no less outstanding for my lack of public acclaim. I discovered advance intelligence about the bombing of the U.S.S. Cole in Yemen, and the first World Trade Center attack in 1993. My team conducted one of the very first investigations of Osama bin Laden and his cohorts--then known as the Inter-Arab group-- six months before the Embassy bombings in Dar es Salaam/Nairobi in 1998.

A Time Magazine 'Person of the Year' argues WikiLeaks serves the public good
Exclusive: Key FBI whistleblower: Had WikiLeaks existed, 9/11, Iraq war could have been prevented
A member of a group of former intelligence professionals that has rallied behind WikiLeaks suggested in a recent interview with Raw Story that the world would be a different and better place had the online secrets outlet come into existence years sooner.
"If there had been a mechanism like Wikileaks, 9/11 could have been prevented," Coleen Rowley, a former special agent/legal counsel at the FBI's Minneapolis division, told Raw Story in an exclusive interview.
Rowley and her colleague Bogdan Dzakovic, a special agent for the FAA's security division, explained this position in an op-ed published in the Los Angeles Times in October. However, they admit no claim to the original idea of an established pro-whistle-blower infrastructure. It's purely the US government's, she said.

The Real News Network Transcript
PAUL JAY, SENIOR EDITOR, TRNN: Welcome back to The Real News Network. And it's the first perhaps annual Real News Webathon. We're heading towards our $200,000 target by the end of December 9, where I think we're getting upwards of $165,000 now, with another tonight and tomorrow night to go. So we're doing very well, and I want to thank everybody so far for donating. And if you like what The Real News is doing, please give us a little tap on the donate button here, or you can call 888-449-6772, or you can also email us at contact (at) therealnews (dot) com if you're having any other trouble. But the best thing is just to hit the donate button. The $200,000, I've explained before, covers just barely four months of the work that we're doing now at the level we're doing now, but we really want to expand in 2011. We need producers that specialize in certain areas. And one of the areas we want to specialize is the military-industrial complex. We'd like to have a producer who does nothing but cover stories about the sort of underpinnings of US foreign policy and the real issues that don't get discussed very much in terms of what's driving much of global politics, and even, as I--in the current WikiLeaks there's a layer of truth, one could say, that is not really revealed in these WikiLeaks, because they're not top secret, as we've heard described by some of our guests. Now joining us to talk about WikiLeaks and the world since 9/11 are two people that have been associated with this topic. First joining us from--Peter, you're in Berkeley, California, right?
PETER DALE SCOTT, AUTHOR, FMR. CANADIAN DIPLOMAT: That's correct.
JAY: Joining us from Berkeley, California, is Peter Dale Scott. He's the author of the book--and I'm going to hold it up here, control room--and the book is American War Machine: Deep Politics, the CIA Global Drug Connection, and the Road to Afghanistan. . . . And also joining us now from Minneapolis is Coleen Rowley. Coleen was an FBI agent who uncovered certain things that had to do, she thought, with a possible terrorist attack. And if I remember the story correctly, Coleen, it was someone who was trying to get flying lessons to fly but not necessarily land. But you can correct me on that. And Coleen tried to get this information looked into, and it was more or less blocked by headquarters of FBI. But Coleen, thanks very much for joining us.
COLEEN ROWLEY, FMR. FBI AGENT, POLITICAL ACTIVIST: Thank you.
JAY: Coleen, very, very quickly, just remind us of the story that you were involved with around the 9/11 events.

Dems outraged as GOP blocks 9/11 responders' health bill

911workernycsept11 Dems outraged as GOP blocks 9/11 responders health bill
May be end of the road for $7-billion aid package to heroes of 9/11
Senate Republicans on Thursday derailed a bill to aid people who got sick after exposure to dust from the World Trade Center's collapse in the Sept. 11 attack.
Supporters were three votes short of the 60 needed to proceed to debate and a final vote on the bill that would have provided as much as $7.4 billion in health care and compensation to 9/11 responders and survivors. The bill failed on a test vote, 57-42.
Fifty-seven Democrats voted for the bill and 41 Republicans opposed it. Sen. Harry Reid, the Democratic leader, switched his vote to 'no' at the last moment, a parliamentary move that allows him to bring the measure up again for a vote.
The New York Times reports:
Republicans have been raising concerns about how to pay for the $7.4 billion measure, while Democrats, led by Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand of New York, have argued that the nation had a moral obligation to assist those who put their lives at risk during rescue operations at ground zero....
In a statement, [New York City Mayor Michael] Bloomberg chastised Senate Republicans for their "wrong-headed political strategy" and called on them to allow the bill to come to the floor for a vote. "The attacks of 9/11 were attacks on America," he said, "and we have a collective responsibility to care for the heroes -- from all 50 states -- who answered the call of duty, saved lives, and helped our nation recover."

An In Depth Interview with Bob McIlvaine, Visibility 9-11
Notes by John Bursill
December 7, 2010
In this in-depth interview with tireless 9/11 Truth campaigner Bob McIlvaine, we look at 9/11 in its historical context. We also hear about Bob's detailed research into what happened to his son Bobby on 9/11 and the evidence an explosion, rather than the planes, killed his son.
Listen Here: http://visibility911.com/blog/?p=1854
Bob McIlvaine: As a long-term 9/11 Truth researcher (2001), an ex-history teacher and someone who has worked in mental health, Bob has a unique perspective on society and its drives. In this interview Bob gives us an insight into how he sees the world and its workings and why 9/11 Truth should be seen as possibly the best chance we've had at bringing peace to our world. Bob believes that we may have already been successful at preventing other wars with our exposure of the 9/11 fraud. I totally agree. Bob says he is "always ready to go!" when he is called to speak about the 9/11 tragedy and uses every opportunity to educate the population about the lies they have been told and to celebrate his son's short but exceptional life. Thank you, Bob, for your tenacity, drive and absolute commitment to expose the criminals responsible for your son's death and all those that perished on that terrible day. You are a great inspiration for us all! [Continued] p>
