February 2012 | Temporal Considerations in Collapse of WTC Towers
by Kevin Ryan
In the last few years, a series of peer-reviewed scientific articles has been published that establish the presence of thermitic materials at the World Trade Center (WTC). [A-D]
Although we know that nanothermite has been found in the WTC dust, we do not know what purpose it served in the deceptive demolition of the WTC buildings. It could be that the nanothermite was used simply to drive fires in the impact zones and elevator areas — fires which would otherwise have gone out too early or not been present at all — and thereby create the deception that jet fuel-induced fires could wreak the havoc seen.…

Here I field questions that come to me fairly often, to help get the facts out and to counter misrepresentations and misunderstandings. I expect to make edits for a while and welcome comments.
1. Can nanothermites (also called superthermites) be explosive?
The definition of “explosive” can lead to endless debates. Is a flash of light required? Is a loud sound required? How loud? What rate of energy generation is required for a material to be called an explosive?…Continue reading

This is the actual 10-minute statement read by Richard Gage, AIA, to the media at the AE911Truth press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC on September 9, 2010.
Good afternoon, my name is Richard Gage, AIA. I’m a member of the American Institute of Architects; I’ve been a licensed architect for 22 years; And I’m the founder of the non-profit organization, Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth).…

New research in the journal American Behavioral Scientist (Sage publications, February 2010) addresses the concept of “State Crimes Against Democracy” (SCAD). Professor Lance deHaven-Smith from Florida State University writes that SCADs involve highlevel government officials, often in combination with private interests, that engage in covert activities for political advantages and power. Proven SCADs since World War II include McCarthyism (fabrication of evidence of a communist infiltration), Gulf of Tonkin Resolution (President Johnson and Robert McNamara falsely claimed North Vietnam attacked a US ship), burglary of the office of Daniel Ellsberg’s psychiatrist in effort to discredit Ellsberg, the Watergate break-in, Iran-Contra, Florida’s 2000 Election (felon disenfranchisement program), and fixed intelligence on WMDs to justify the Iraq War.…

A special on 9/11 has just been shown on the National Geographic Channel, produced by Robert Erickson. Robert also conducted interviews with me and others. In March 2009, Prof. David Ray Griffin and I and Gregg Roberts exchanged emails with Robert Erickson which demonstrate our efforts to get Mr. Erickson and his team to be accurate and fair in their treatment of our scientific work regarding 9/11 — particularly the evidence for the use of explosives in the World Trade Center destruction.…

Big thanks to Citizen for 9/11 Truth for putting this lecture on YouTube!
A lecture given by Dr. Steven E. Jones in Sacramento, California on April 30, 2009. This talk reveals the discovery of Nano-thermite in the dust from the 9/11 catastrophe. Standard thermite is an incendiary compound invented in 1893 and is made by mixing powders of iron oxide (rust) and aluminum. Once ignited, the aluminum grabs and bonds to the oxygen from the iron oxide.…

Michael Wolsey: Now, I took many classes in college and one of my science requirements that I had to take was indeed an introductory chemistry class, so I am not a complete idiot when it comes to chemistry, but I know that many of the listeners out there may never have taken a college class in chemistry so I thought it might be helpful to…maybe you could give folks a little bit of basic chemistry lesson and lets maybe take a well known chemical reaction that folks can… Continue reading
Since the days of Sir Isaac Newton, Science has proceeded through the publication of peer-reviewed papers. Peer-review means a thorough reading, commentary and even challenge before publication by “peers”, that is, other PhD’s and professors. This paper was thoroughly peer-reviewed with several pages of tough comments that required of our team MONTHS of additional experiments and studies. It was the toughest peer-review I’ve ever had, including THREE papers for which I was first author in NATURE.…
World Trade Center crashed perhaps gravel because someone had placed combustible nano materials in the buildings, and not because the two aircraft were throbbing in them. Analysis of the dust after the WTC has just published a scientific article, including Neils Harrit, a Danish chemist.

Study: Scientists Discover Active Thermitic Material in WTC Dust
Berkeley, CA, April 3, 2009 — A new study by independent scientists and researchers suggests the cause behind the catastrophic destruction of World Trade Center Towers on September 11th can be seen in the dust itself: active thermitic material, a highly engineered explosive.…

“Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe” by Niels H. Harrit, Jeffrey Farrer, Steven E. Jones, Kevin R. Ryan, Frank M. Legge, Daniel Farnsworth, Gregg Roberts, James R. Gourley and Bradley R. Larsen
The paper ends with this sentence: “Based on these observations, we conclude that the red layer of the red/gray chips we have discovered in the WTC dust is active, unreacted thermitic material, incorporating nanotechnology, and is a highly energetic pyrotechnic or explosive material.”
Physics professor Dr. Steven Jones was forced out of Brigham Young University for his research suggesting the World Trade Center was destroyed by controlled demolition. Dr. Jones is the lead author of the first two scholarly articles in mainstream academic journals disputing the official story of 9/11 — and a third is on the way! Kevin Ryan told us during his interview Tuesday, March 3rd that the upcoming article will include research by many respected scientists worldwide, and will for all intents and purposes seal the case that nanothermates were used in the controlled demolition of the WTC.…

This past year I’ve done some photomicroscopy of samples of WTC dust. A number of examples of the photos can be found in the latest AE911truth.org video. The related scientific analyses of the particles found in the WTC dust, in particular the red-gray chips first discovered by Professor Steven Jones, are ongoing.
But I’ve also spent some time making nanothermites, and igniting them. Here is a slideshow of 26 photomicrographs, half of which are nanothermite residues and half of which are ferromagnetic particles extracted from WTC dust samples.…

Kevin Ryan shows his skills as both a chemist and a “private investigator” in his paper, “The Top Ten Connections Between NIST and Nano-Thermites” — Published July 4, 2008, in the Journal of 9/11 Studies — http://journalof911studies.com/volume/2008/Ryan_NIST_and_Nano-1.pdf.
Kevin Ryan discusses nano-thermite (“super-thermite”) and provides very important results of his own investigation of connections between NIST and researchers studying/developing nano-thermite.
Several of us have been discussing nano-thermite for quite a while now.…

Tale of Building 7’s collapse suggests official complicity, persistent obstruction
Regarding “Drinking the 9/11 Kool-Aid” (Editorial, April 24):
After three government investigations and more than six years, we still don’t have answers on 9/11.
Why, for example, did Building 7 collapse? It wasn’t hit by a plane, as the towers were. The 9/11 Commission Report completely ignores Building 7. The Federal Emergency Management Agency report discounts fire as a cause and concludes that the reasons for the collapse of Building 7 are unknown and require further research.…
