US Condemns UN Expert for 9/11 StatementsJanuary 26, 2011 Reuters A UN expert on Palestinian human rights who suggested there was a cover-up over the September 11 attacks should be fired, US Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice said on Tuesday. US academic Richard Falk wrote in a blog this month that there had been an "apparent cover-up" by US authorities over the September 11, 2001 attacks, in which hijackers flew airliners into the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon near Washington, killing more than 3,000 people. "In my view, Mr. Falk's latest commentary is so noxious that it should finally be plain to all that he should no longer continue in his position on behalf of the UN," Rice said in a statement. "I would note that US and many other diplomats walked out in protest in September 2010 when Iranian President Ahmadinejad made similarly slanderous remarks before the U.N. General Assembly," she said, adding that Falk's comments were "despicable and deeply offensive." Falk, the UN Human Rights Council's special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territories, wrote in his blog that mainstream media had refused to accept "well-evidenced doubts about the official version of the events: an al Qaeda operation with no foreknowledge by government officials."

Action Item from BuildingWhat.org![]() "The day we see the truth and cease to speak is the day we begin to die." -Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. January 17, 2011 Dear Friends, We would like to extend our deepest thanks to Mark Stepnoski for generously offering $10,000 to match all donations made to the BuildingWhat? campaign during the last three days of 2010. Supporters across the country and around the world rose to the occasion, giving nearly $30,000 on top of Mark's $10,000 to bring the campaign to $67,000. Thank you all for your generous support and your belief in our strategy. In the next few weeks we will be releasing a series of brand new TV ads. Without giving anything away, we are confident in saying these new ads will generate much publicity and create a groundswell of public demand for a new Building 7 investigation leading up to the 10th Anniversary. ACTION ITEM To help pave the way towards that day, we have an important action item that will take you only two minutes to complete. Please help us send 500 emails to the Speaker of the New York City Council to inform her that 2010 was only the beginning of our campaign, and our calls for the empanelment an independent commission to investigate Building 7 will grow as the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 approaches.

David Chandler on Visibility 9-11Talks About His New DVD '9/11 Analysis' and Rationalizes the Pentagon Debate ![]() January 16, 2011 Show notes and interview by: John Bursill This timely and important Podcast is a MUST listen! Listen here: http://visibility911.com/blog/?p=1874 David, who describes himself as a "pacifist", talks in great depth about his journey on the campaign for 9/11 Truth and Justice to which he is passionately dedicated. Many of you may be aware it was David who is credited with getting NIST to admit WTC Building 7 fell at a an acceleration consistent with free-fall due to gravity, which I and many others view as the single most powerful debating tool for us as 9/11 Truth advocates! David disputes he is solely responsible for this and says that Jones, Ryan and others were central to this achievement but it was his question that drew the answer in the end so it seems. David also talks about the highly political timing and nature of the NIST Building 7 report.

Flight AA77 on 9/11: New FDR Analysis Supports the Official Flight Path Leading to Impact with the PentagonAuthors Frank Legge, (B.Sc.(Hons.), Ph.D.) and Warren Stutt, ( B.Sc.(Hons.) Comp. Sci.) January 2011 Published at the Journalof911Studies.com Introduction The official narrative of the events which have become known as 9/11 includes descriptions of attacks on the World Trade Centre towers and the Pentagon by aircraft on 11 September, 2001. The towers were eventually destroyed and the Pentagon was severely damaged. The account of the attack on the Pentagon includes the following: A Boeing 757, operated by American Airlines, took off from Washington Dulles International Airport at 8:20 a.m. At 8:54 it deviated from its assigned route and at 8:56 the transponder was switched off. The plane, under the control of hijackers, headed back toward Washington and descended. As it approached the Pentagon it performed a descending spiral to the right and finally dived toward the Pentagon while accelerating. It hit some light poles and other objects on the ground and then penetrated the west face of the building at 9:37:44,(1) or 9:37:46,(2) depending on source.

The 'Exceptionally' Redacted 9/11 Commission Interviewby Sibel Edmonds Thursday, 6. January 2011 Boiling Frogs Newly Released 9/11 Commission Files at Cryptome.Org Last week John Young's information site Cryptome.Org began publishing documents related to the interviews conducted by the 9/11 Commission which were released for the first time. On January 3, Cryptome posted the 9/11 Commission's report on my interview (the infamous Sibel Edmonds Case), and aptly titled this particular file as "Sibel Edmonds Censored Yet Again." Once you read the PDF document you'll quickly see the reason for Cryptome's appropriate label. The entire report, by that I mean the entire report, is blacked out (actually, whited-out;-). It took me less than one minute to scan the entire document; basically, scrolling down the white pages-one white page after another. Initially, I was not a bit surprised. Hey, I've been declared the most gagged and classified person in US history, after all- State Secrets Privilege invocation twice, gagging the entire Congress for the first (and only) time in US history, hundreds of pages of blacked out DOJ-IG report... So, as I said, I didn't find it a bit surprising. However, after the minute it took to go over these blank pages, I started clicking and scanning all the other files (interviews by the 9/11 Commission), and that's where I was truly surprised: Despite some redactions here and there, and in a few cases fairly extensive redaction, there were no interviews where the entire interview (and the report on the interview) was blacked out in its entirety. Mine was the only one privileged and honored to such degree! Why? I mean, come on, we are talking about interviews with: FBI Special Agent in Charge on Counterterrorism, CIA Officers with Directorate of Intelligence with a Specific Focus on Drugs & Thugs, The Chairman of National Intelligence Council, NSA Chief of Counterintelligence & SIGNIT Support, Senior CIA Analysts...Yet, none of these interviews was redacted in its entirety. None. Please be my guest and make your own comparison; My 9/11 Commission interview document here, and the rest, here, here, here, here, here...You can check out the rest published by Cryptome here, and if you want more here for thousands of them.

The Hornet's Nest Kicked Back - A Review of Susan Lindauer's Extreme Prejudiceby Michael Collins December 21, 2010 911Truth.org
Susan Lindauer's autobiography, Extreme Prejudice, tells a story with certain broad similarities. In her case, however, the hornet's nest kicked back with a real vengeance. After over a decade as a U.S. intelligence asset, Lindauer was privy to information about pre war Iraq that threatened to serve up a huge embarrassment to the Bush-Cheney regime. She hand delivered a letter to senior Bush administration officials in hopes of averting what she predicted would be the inevitably tragic 2003 US invasion of Iraq. Those officials, unnamed in the indictment, were her second cousin, then White House chief of staff Andy Card, and Colin Powell.

Senators approve James Zadroga 9/11 health bill after months of partisan bickeringBy Michael Mcauliff DAILY NEWS WASHINGTON BUREAU Originally Published:Wednesday, December 22nd 2010 Updated: Wednesday, December 22nd 2010 WASHINGTON - The ill and dying Americans who answered the call after 9/11 received a "Christmas Miracle" on Wednesday - help is finally on the way. More than nine years after the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history, the Senate voted unanimously to pass the $4.3 billion James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. The House quickly gave the measure its final stamp of approval. President Obama will sign the bill law soon. The bill provides medical care and financial relief to tens of thousands of responders. Many Capitol Hill insiders never believed the measure would pass, and some Republicans came within hours of killing it. But a dramatic night of negotiations by New York lawmakers and the bill's foes Tuesday night and into early Wednesday won an eleventh-hour compromise. "It's a good Christmas present for everybody," said Joseph Zadroga, the father of NYPD Detective James Zadroga who died from his ruined lungs and became the face of the legislation.

9/11 responder: Coburn 'should be ashamed' for blocking health billBy David Edwards The Senate passed a bill by unanimous consent Wednesday that will provide health care benefits to first responders and survivors of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks. Original report follows... Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK) earned himself a visit from some 9/11 first responders after he threatened to block a bill that would provide them health benefits. A group of former Ground Zero workers visited the senator's office Tuesday to give him a piece of their mind but Coburn refused the meeting. "Mr. Coburn should be ashamed of himself," John Feal, the leader of the group, told Think Progress. "Because I think before he was a senator he was a doctor and he took an oath to help people that are sick. He's going against his oath as a doctor. He can vote any way he wants as a senator, but as a doctor, he just embarrassed the medical profession." "What about going office to office? Have their staff and the senators been very receptive to the group?" Think Progress asked.

ABLE DANGER Whistleblower Sues Pentagon and CIADecember 14, 2010 by Catherine Herridge FOX News An Army Reserve colonel is suing the Pentagon and U.S. intelligence agencies, claiming that they violated his free speech rights by blocking the distribution of his book over concerns it threatened national security. Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer's First Amendment lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., targets the Defense Department for buying 9,500 copies of his book, "Operation Dark Heart" for $50,000 and destroying them. The lawsuit also names the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency as defendants. "Because the defendants have impermissibly infringed upon Shaffer's right to publish unclassified information in Operation Dark Heart, they have violated Shaffer's First Amendment rights," the lawsuit says. The suit provides a rare insight into the internal review process for the publication of books based on the search for senior Al Qaeda leadership in post-9/11 Afghanistan.

by Susan Lindauer December 10, 2010 911truth.org Susan Lindauer is a former U.S. Intelligence Asset, accused as an "Iraqi Agent" for opposing the war. Her new book, "EXTREME PREJUDICE--The Terrifying Story of the Patriot Act and the Cover Ups of 9/11 and Iraq" relates her ordeal facing secret charges and secret evidence on the Patriot Act, and the shocking conditions of her imprisonment on a Texas military base without a trial, threatened with indefinite detention and forcible drugging. If only I'd known Julian Assange, everything would have been different. Mine was a spook's world of black ops and counter-terrorism. The real stuff--not color coded threats. For a decade I performed as a covert back channel to Libya and Iraq at the United Nations in support of anti-terrorism. My special access made me one of the very few Assets covering Baghdad before the War. Our team started talks for the Lockerbie Trial with Libyan diplomats. We also held preliminary talks to resume the weapons inspections with Iraq's Ambassador, Dr. Saeed Hasan. Once Baghdad agreed to rigorous U.S. conditions for transparency in the inspections, I notified the Security Council myself, and within 72 hours the UN invited Iraq to attend formal talks to ratify the technical language. By then it was a done deal. Contrary to official reports, Iraq always welcomed the return of weapons inspectors as a necessary step to ending the sanctions. Ordinary people just didn't know it. My world was "black." Off radar. So deeply secretive that my father, brother, aunts and cousins had no knowledge of my work in Washington. I operated in absolute secrecy. My bona fides in anti-terrorism were no less outstanding for my lack of public acclaim. I discovered advance intelligence about the bombing of the U.S.S. Cole in Yemen, and the first World Trade Center attack in 1993. My team conducted one of the very first investigations of Osama bin Laden and his cohorts--then known as the Inter-Arab group-- six months before the Embassy bombings in Dar es Salaam/Nairobi in 1998.

Exclusive: Key FBI whistleblower: Had WikiLeaks existed, 9/11, Iraq war 'could have been prevented'By Nathan Diebenow Thursday, December 9th, 2010 Rawstory.com A Time Magazine 'Person of the Year' argues WikiLeaks serves the public good Exclusive: Key FBI whistleblower: Had WikiLeaks existed, 9/11, Iraq war could have been prevented A member of a group of former intelligence professionals that has rallied behind WikiLeaks suggested in a recent interview with Raw Story that the world would be a different and better place had the online secrets outlet come into existence years sooner. "If there had been a mechanism like Wikileaks, 9/11 could have been prevented," Coleen Rowley, a former special agent/legal counsel at the FBI's Minneapolis division, told Raw Story in an exclusive interview. Rowley and her colleague Bogdan Dzakovic, a special agent for the FAA's security division, explained this position in an op-ed published in the Los Angeles Times in October. However, they admit no claim to the original idea of an established pro-whistle-blower infrastructure. It's purely the US government's, she said.
