Declaration of Accountability (see below for text) with Charlotte Dennett and Kristina Borjesson.
In the aftermath of the Understanding Deep Politics Conference, held in Santa Cruz in May 2010, activists gathered together in a retreat to build upon the insights and information presented at the conference, and to explore more deeply the conference’s theme- Who are we? What are the problems? What are the the solutions? What can we do together that we cannot do alone? Drawing upon the group’s wisdom, they were inspired to write a declaration, and a call to action to cast light upon deep forces, despotically trying to control humanity, and to inspire, awaken and empower a broad coalition to work together to regain control over our lives and our future.
Kristina Borjesson, an investigative reporter and independent producer for more than twenty years, Kristina has worked at a variety of top media agencies including CBS network, where she won an Emmy and a Murrow Award for her investigative reporting on “CBS Reports: Legacy of Shame” with Dan Rather and Randall Pinkston. Retired NFL great George Martin, who walked from New York to San Diego in 2007-08 to help thousands of 9/11 rescue and recovery workers with serious medical conditions, is hitting the road once again. On Sunday, October 17, 2010, Martin will lead an assembly of former New York Giants and other NFL alumni, 9/11 first responders and others in the 2nd Annual “Giant Steps for 9/11″ Walk and Family Fun Day to raise funds for thousands of Ground Zero first responders.
“The care of our 9/11 first responders is a national problem and an American responsibility,” said Martin, co-captain of the Super Bowl XXI Champion New York Giants (1986), who formed a Journey for 9/11 Foundation at the completion of his cross-country trek. “Government funding and insurance policies do not adequately cover the substantial cost of the care these people desperately need. As Americans, we must do more. We cannot turn our backs on those who answered the call and now suffer with serious medical conditions.”
Beginning at 9 a.m., the 2nd Annual Giant Steps for 9/11 Walk is a family friendly, 10-mile walk from the George Washington Bridge to Fairleigh Dickinson University’s (“FDU”) Hackensack’s campus. For less adventurous walkers, a shorter four-mile walk will start at approximately 10:45 a.m. at Hackensack University Medical Center and end at FDU. Following the walk event, a Family Fun Day for all registrants will commence on the FDU campus.
Registration for the walk event is $35 per person.… Continue reading
In his film “Fahrenheit 9/11,” Michael Moore explored the complex ties between Bush administration officials and associates, the Saudi Royal family, and those believed to have carried out the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States. Today, Moore is backing former Florida governor and senator Bob Graham’s call for President Obama to reopen the investigation into 9/11 after new information emerged about the possible role of prominent Saudis. According to recent news reports, a wealthy young Saudi couple fled their home in a gated community in Sarasota, Florida, just a week or so before Sept. 11, 2001, leaving behind three cars and nearly all of their possessions. “There are many unanswered questions and they should be answered,” Moore says. He also was targeted by his critics for this film. Moore talks about how the Bush administration worried the movie would hurt Bush’s re-election chances, and how he found out that he ranked second behind then-President Bush on the number of discovered plots to attack him. Listening to Ed Asner I’m reminded of Michael Polanyi’s observation (to paraphrase) that we believe more than we can prove and know more than we can say.
Polanyi also talked about “growing points” in science, which I hope has an analogue in a free society where personal connections become more important, particularly when rethinking the past. Why not, after all, have an idealistic Socialist vision of what we want or a gimlet-eyed Socialist appraisal of what’s gone wrong?
This is the stuff of which optimists are made. Thanks, Ed!!

Ferdinando Imposimato Points to AE911Truth Evidence
AE911Truth Editor’s Note: The following is an excerpt of a letter written by Honorary Italian Supreme Court President Ferdinando Imposimato for the Journal of 9/11 Studies. While AE911Truth does not speculate on who was involved in the destruction of the WTC skyscrapers, we applaud Imposimato for speaking out on this important issue, calling attention to the explosive 9/11 evidence, and, most importantly, pursuing justice.
Ferdinando Imposimato is the Honorary President of the Supreme Court of Italy and a former Senator who served on the Anti–Mafia Commission in three administrations. He is the author or co–author of seven books on international terrorism, state corruption, and related matters, and a Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Italy.
Ferdinando Imposimato has extensive experience investigating high crimes as a former state prosecutor The reports of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), November 20, 2005, set forth the following conclusions: The airplanes that struck each of the Twin Towers caused a breach as well as an explosion evidenced by a giant fireball. The remaining jet fuel flowed onto the lower floors, sustaining the fires. The heat from the fires deformed the building structures and both towers collapsed completely from top to bottom. Very little that was of any size remained after these events except steel as well as aluminum fragments and the pulverized dust from the concrete floors.
World Trade Center 7 also collapsed––in a way that… Continue reading

By the 9/11 Consensus Panel
NEW YORK, June 8, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Amidst growing doubts about its origins, the tragedy of September 11, 2001, continues to fuel the war on terror.
Meanwhile, disturbing evidence long suppressed in the media is surfacing through the 24-member 9/11 Consensus Panel’s scientific review of official claims that 19 diminutive Muslim hijackers defeated America’s defenses.
Incredibly, not one of the 300 Dulles International Airport security cameras –positioned at ticket counters, lounges and boarding gates — captured images of the alleged hijackers of AA Flight 77.
The famous “Let’s Roll” telephone call from UA Flight 93 was left open for 15 minutes after the plane allegedly crashed in Pennsylvania.
Government accounts about the whereabouts of key Pentagon leaders that morning are contradicted by witness reports that would raise the most cynical of eyebrows.
These reports are only outdone by the fact that 12 major air defense exercises — some traditionally held in April and October — were all scheduled for the morning of September 11.
The Panel is pleased to welcome its new Honorary Members.
Mr. Ferdinando Imposimato, Honorary President of the Italian Supreme Court, has presided over terrorism cases, including the kidnapping and assassination of President Aldo Moro and the attempted assassination of Pope John Paul II. He has publicly stated that 9/11 was a false-flag operation, recommending that it be tried at the International Criminal Court, which investigates… Continue reading
